Building on the success of pilot programs in 2025, BE Leadership is offering both CEO Circles and Second Layer Circles for the 2026–27 fiscal year.
BE Leadership Circles bring together small groups of sport leaders for structured, confidential conversations that strengthen leadership skills, deepen self-awareness, and build meaningful connection across the Canadian sport system.
For CEOs of NSOs, MSOs, and PSOs
CEO Circles are designed for leaders with overall responsibility for strategy, culture, and organizational performance. These Circles provide a rare and trusted space to pause, reflect, and connect with peers who understand the complexity and pressure of leading in the Canadian sport system.

For senior leaders who report directly to the CEO
Second Layer Circles are designed for leaders who play a critical role in shaping culture, supporting people, and turning strategy into action. These roles often come with unique pressures and limited peer support. The Second Layer Circle creates space to think out loud, learn from others in similar roles, and strengthen leadership impact.

Annual Fee: $995 + applicable taxes
Additional 1:1 leadership coaching support can be explored for those who express interest.
Each Circle includes nine meetings per year. It’s understood that leaders may miss sessions due to competing demands. Pricing assumes participants will prioritize attending at least six sessions annually.
